While on a sabbatical to understand the profound complexity of the human body and it's ability to heal from within, Shelby pursued her license in massage therapy at Wellspring School of Allied Health in Kansas City, Missouri. She praises the incredible experience she had during her time at the program and the invaluable knowledge she gained along the way.
